Please have a look at the following table if you encounter any problems paying for vroute.premium with PayPal.

No PayPal account

In most countries it is possible to pay via PayPal using a credit card, without creating an account. Otherwise, creating an account is free and it's only required for legal reasons by PayPal.

If, for any reason, you cannot create an account, please let us know (use Contact menu) and we will find a solution.

PayPal does not open when clicking on Buy NowProbably you have a pop-up blocker or similar internet security tool that prevents vroute from opening PayPal in a new window. Try disabling any such software. You can also add vroute to trusted sites (see below).
Nothing happens when clicking "I have read and understood the license agreement terms"

Most likely you have Javascript disabled in Internet Explorer. This prevents vroute from operating properly.
Please consider adding vroute server to trusted sites. Go to Internet Explorer, open Tools | Options | Security, click on Trusted Sites and Add. Then type
http://data.vroute.net/ and click Add (note: there is no https in vroute's address).

PayPal does not accept your credit card (or another payment option).

Unfortunately, we have no means of "directly" accepting your payment without PayPal.

If, for any reason, you cannot pay by credit card that would be accepted by PayPal, please let us know (use Contact menu) and we will find a solution.
