The following information explains the terms of sale for the product vroute.premium as sold on this website.

Responsible Party. The product is offered and sold by company VROUTE run by Michal Rok, located at Al. Spacerowa 36, 05-825 Ksiazenice, Poland. You can contact us by email at , or use the contact feature available within this website.

Product. The product sold (called vroute.info premium or short, "vroute premium") is an upgrade to regular vroute.info freeware program and offers additional features that are normally visible in vroute.info but locked and not available, provided they are described as premium-only features. The End User License Agreement describe the license you will receive. The price shown during checkout is the final sale price, with all sales taxes included whenever applicable and any discounts you might be eligible for. Your credit card company fees, currency exchange fees and any other client-side fees are your sole responsibility and are not included in the price.

 One-time transaction. You only agree to a one-time transaction. We will only charge you once for the amount shown. This is not a subscription service.

Returns. We accept returns and refund 100% of money paid if: A) the product fails to work on your computer and we were not able to resolve the problem, or B) the product fails to meet your expectations that were reasonably based on our communication about its features and capabilities. If you'd like a refund, please let us know immediately, no later than 30 days after the purchase was done.

Minimum Age. To purchase our products, you must have a credit or debit card, and you must be at least 13 years old. If you do not meet these requirements, please contact some who does and ask them to make the purchase on your behalf. Using card without consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

Encryption. During checkout, your name and credit card information will be exchanged using SSL encryption, which is the industry standard for keeping your data safe. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the credit card company (Espago), and will not be transferred through our servers, stored or otherwise processed. We do receive however the last 4 digits of the credit card number and we might use that to verify your identity in the future.
