In order to book a flight or an ATC session, you must first:

• link your vroute.info installation with a particular VATSIM ID. See info page, Configuration for more info.
• for ATC only: spend some time controlling in the applicable VACC so that we could recognize you. The ATC "actual position" information is collected every 20 minutes automatically, so if you've been online for more than half an hour you will be recognized for certain.

Note that ATC "actual position" data is collected since March 14th 2007.
