The book page allows you to announce your online activities, be it flying or controlling, to other users so that you can better coordinate with other flight simulation enthusiasts worldwide. All data collected here is shown in the online section.

To make an ATC booking, you need to provide the following data:

• date, start time and end time
• callsign (if the requested position is not on the list, you can add it there)

Your entry will be displayed on the list of online ATCs as booking, with 18 hours upfront notice - so that pilots will know when to plan their activities.

To make a pilot booking, the following information is necessary:

• date and takeoff time
• departure and arrival airport
• aircraft type and true airspeed (note: vroute.info will help you pick the right airspeed for your plane of choice)
• callsign

Note that estimated flight time and thus landing time is calculated automatically. Your booked flight will appear in flight forecast in online section up to 18 hours before your actual entry, so that controllers can plan their activities accordingly.
